Continuous Governance Provenance

Definition
Evidence sufficient to reconstruct, for a consequential action, the purpose pursued, authority then in force, relevant context, applicable boundaries, risk state, interruption or escalation conditions, and accountable human source, while preserving the temporal integrity of those governance conditions.
